REBLOG!

Who I Am:
Hey-o! My name is Vicki, I’m 21 years old and reside in St. Petersburg, FL.
My position at Feed Our Children NOW!:
I am co-volunteer coordinator at Feed Our Children NOW!
What that means:
Hailey and I respond to volunteer emails, keep track of all the info, and stay in contact with volunteers all year round and day to day on Warped Tour.
How I got here:
I was intrigued by Feed Our Children NOW! after seeing them several times at Warped Tour and decided to email them on ways I could be a part of the team. I was thankfully welcomed into their family and given the responsibility I have now.
What do you do when you’re not doing Feed Our Children NOW! work?:
During the day I work at Daddy Kool Records, located in the downtown St. Pete area. At night I am a runner or do merch for local venues. Between those two jobs I have to find time to manage a local band (Lights at Night) and put on my own shows.
Bands I can’t wait to see on Warped Tour:
I’m really excited to see Bring Me the Horizon, 3OH!3, August Burns Red, The Sheds, & letlive.

If you have any questions for Vicki make sure to send us a tweet @FeedOurChildren, send them to our Ask box on tumblr, or comment on our facebook!
Who I am:
Howdy! I’m Colleen, a 23 year old psychology student residing in Atlanta, GA but trying to plan a quick escape around the country. I’m a ball of energy and spend way too much time watching Big Bang Theory, having conversations with my dog, screaming my lungs out at shows, having random dance parties, and working on photos.
My position at Feed Our Children NOW!:
I’m the social media “intern” for Feed Our Children NOW! and the newest kid to the team.
What that means is:
It means that I get to hang out on twitter! My main job is to come up with ways to get all of you, our awesome supporters, more involved in with Feed Our Children NOW through social media. I help out with posting on facebook, tumblr, twitter, and (once Warped Tour kicks off) our flickr page!
How I got here:
I had seen Feed Our Children NOW a bunch of times on Warped Tour, but a friend sent me an email about them earlier this year. After a few phone calls they liked my ideas and gave me the opportunity to work closer with them. I’m so glad they did!
What do you do when you’re not doing Feed Our Children work?:
If anyone takes a look at my planner they’ll likely see chaos. But, on the off chance there aren’t 15 different colours of ink strewn across the pages you’re likely to find me at a concert, behind my camera, sleeping, watching Big Bang Theory, playing with my dog, or trying to learn how to play guitar. I love to finish each day reading and I’m currently reading Looking for Alaska by John Green.
Bands I can’t wait to see on Warped Tour:
Warped Tour is my favourite part of the year - it’s better than Christmas! I’m most excited to see my favourite bands from Michigan; We Came as Romans and I See Stars. I’m also excited for Hands Like Houses, Go Radio, Hawthorne Heights, Sleeping with Sirens, Memphis May Fire, Bring Me the Horizon, and Relient K…just to name a few.
If you look at my iPod you’ll currently find the new Bring Me the Horizon album “Sempiternal” as well as Twenty | One | Pilots new album “Vessel” playing almost all the time.
I’ll be out on a few days of Warped Tour this summer so if you see me make sure to say hi!
Make sure to meet my friends Kiana and Hailey!

Who I am:
Hi there! I’m Kiana. I’m an advertising/graphic design student in Dallas, TX, but I’m originally from Cedar Park, TX (about 15-20 mins outside of downtown Austin) and today is my 22nd birthday!
My position at Feed Our Children NOW!:
I am the Charity Coordinator for Feed Our Children Now! I also do a few graphic design things.
How I got here:
I started out as a volunteer with Feed Our Children Now! in 2011. I volunteered during all of the Texas dates of Warped and had a tun of fun seeing and being part of the process that Feed Our Children Now! goes through to collect the food and get it to the charities. After that, I was really excited to work with Franny and Lana again in anyway that I could. After some phone chats and emails I was offered the chance to help Franny choose and contact the charities for Warped 2012. The use of my growing graphic design skills came when Lana and Franny gave me an awesome chance to design our twitter background along with some other groovy things. It has been amazing to be part of the team!!
Bands I can’t wait to see on Warped Tour:
This summer seems like it’s going to be a really good one! I’m most looking forward to seeing: I See Stars, Anarbor, Big Chocolate, We Came as Romans, Hands like Houses, Tonight Alive, Forever the Sickest Kids, Sleeping with Sirens, Memphis May Fire, The Summer Set, and one of my all time favorites: Versaemerge. I’m also pretty pumped to see who is announced next!
If you have any questions for Kiana, please put them in the Feed Our Children ask box or send them to twitter (@FeedOurChildren)! Stay awesome people!
